I only had three towels when I needed five, and when I asked for more, I felt like my request was met with some annoyance. The breakfast, while decent, could use a bit more variety. Overall, the facility was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, but the staff's attitude and the breakfast options could definitely be improved.

The feather pillows felt like sleeping on rocks, and the beds were on the hard side, impacting comfort significantly. A shower is the only option, and without skid treads in the bathtub, it’s a slip hazard. Additionally, noise travel between floors was a real drag. foot traffic above echoed throughout the night, making it tough to catch some z's. A particular inconvenience was the ant infestation we dealt with during our stay. daily spraying didn't help as they kept on coming.
